Summary:
The Production Test Supervisor will be responsible for the production testing of complex electronic systems for our constellation of telecommunications satellites.

Summary:
The Production Test Supervisor will be responsible for the production testing of complex electronic systems for our constellation of telecommunications satellites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise satellite electrical assembly test operations
- Oversight of personnel, ensuring the product being manufactured is being tested in accordance to all test procedures on time and within cost expectations
- 6S / housekeeping and overall effectiveness of shift operations
- Employee training and process auditing will also be required to support departmental objectives
- Motivate and engage employees, as well as build trust and confidence among the management team
- Build and maintain a successful partnership with both test and manufacturing engineering groups
- Support and engage the team in efforts to achieve operational metrics and goals
Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card holder
- 5 years experience supervising groups of at least 5 direct employees
- Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated leadership behaviors to motivate, engage, and build trust
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, scientific, or related technical field
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Experience directly supervising manufacturing operations and personnel
- Experience with PCB or related manufacturing environments
