We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vertical Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts within Quest Global's Energy vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), with the ability to develop and execute highly targeted campaigns that drive engagement and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across teams to deliver personalized marketing experiences for high-value accounts.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive vertical marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of ABM campaigns tailored to target accounts within the vertical.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify high-value accounts and create personalized marketing plans.
  • Partner with the Research team to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Generate content and messaging that resonates with the target audience, including case studies, white papers, and webinars.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the vertical, including industry associations and partners.
  • Stay updated on the latest ABM tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Support integration of acquired entities into Quest Global through vertical positioning, communications, and branding initiatives.
  • Identify best practices within your vertical and share with broader team members to be applied across other verticals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on ABM and vertical marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tools, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the Energy vertical is a plus.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
