FP&A Manager

Job Description
A SaaS company is seeking to hire an FP&A Manager. They are in NetSuite and Salesforce, but this role will work heavily in Excel. Need a candidate who is proficient in cash forecasting and core budgeting and has experience with reoccurring revenue (ARR/MRR). Additionally, this company requires someone with previous SaaS industry experience.

Duties

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial performance and drive business decisions.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends and performance indicators.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to support pricing strategies and sales initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to GAAP standards in all financial reporting and documentation.
• Monitor organizational performance against budgets and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee the development of financial models to support strategic planning efforts.
