Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a dynamic team, working alongside two project coordinators and reporting to the Senior Project Manager. The role involves managing a variety of projects, including IT, internal operations, and large-scale construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for tracking project resources, ensuring proper allocation, and supporting the execution of projects with budgets ranging from $50K to several million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track the allocation of resources across multiple projects (IT, internal, and construction).
• Ensure project goals and timelines are met, collaborating with project coordinators and senior management.
• Support projects with diverse budgets, from 6-9 figures.
• Utilize project management software (Mission Control, transitioning to Smartsheet).

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Strong familiarity with project management tools, preferably Smartsheet.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience managing projects with varying budgets, including IT and construction.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
