The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions. Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of ETL processes using Informatica to ensure efficient data integration. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data warehousing solutions using Snowflake. - Provide technical expertise in ETL and data warehousing to support business requirements. - Collaborate with business analysts to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation and cleansing processes. - Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability. - Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure smooth operation and timely data availability. - Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data flows. - Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Provide training and support to junior team members on ETL tools and processes. - Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data across systems. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ETL and data warehousing. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of data integration processes and methodologies. Qualifications - - Must have strong experience with ETL Tool - Informatica. - Must have experience with Snowflake for data warehousing. - Should have a solid understanding of data integration and data warehousing concepts. - Should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Nice to have experience with other ETL tools and data platforms. - Nice to have knowledge of cloud-based data solutions. - Should have strong communication and collaboration skills. - Must be able to work in a hybrid model. - Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends. - Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Should have experience in documenting technical processes and workflows. - Nice to have experience in providing training and support to team members. 9.
