Job Summary
Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional, white-glove service? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Complex General Manager to lead our high-end hospitality venture. This role will oversee the grand opening of our Barista Bar, Caf, and Catering services, with a full-scale restaurant set to launch in the near future. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of managing luxury hospitality operations, we want to hear from you!
Working as a Complex General Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the account in accordance with the approved budget while meeting client expectations. You will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests and the client, as well as other departments within the operation. You will be responsible for promoting the professional growth and development of the entire team. You will also foster strong interdepartmental relations and integrate the dining service department with the facility plan of operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality across all operations.
- Develop and implement hospitality protocols and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of excellence by motivating and mentoring staff to deliver personalized, white-glove service.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure the quality and presentation of food and beverages meet luxury standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation and high customer loyalty.
- Plan and execute special events and promotions to attract and retain clientele.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive business growth and brand recognition.
- Successfully implement and maintain the account in accordance with the approved budget while meeting client expectations.
- Develop and foster excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments.
- Promote the professional growth and development of the entire team
- Manage and maintain compliance with Company policies, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Establish and maintain good rapport with staff, clients, guests, and other departments
- Coordinate financial acumen for all areas, including sales reports, P&L reports, budget adherence, and trend forecasting.
- Manage purchasing and inventory controls.
- Ensure knowledge and compliance with HACCP controls
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Eight to ten years of upscale food service experience, including six years in management
- Proven track record of achieving company goals within policy and procedure guidelines
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong supervisory, scheduling, training, and mentoring skills
- Effective problem-solving and conflict management abilities
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and interruptions
- Experience in food purchasing, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to build budgets and financial forecasts
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and reconciliation
- Strong catering and hospitality experience
- Excellent business etiquette and client relations skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ServSafe or Department of Health certification is a plus
