About the team

The Seller Business Tools team is responsible for the tools and system to help seller grow their business in TikTok Shop. Our products mainly serve the marketing team and customer service teams of TTS sellers, by providing them with efficient and easy-to-use operational tools in three main operational elements: customer marketing, store operation, and customer service.

This role:

- Steer the evolution of customer service workbench, to support effective communication between sellers and buyers.
- Maintain an understanding of eCommerce ecosystems. Act as a contributor in discussions between Product, Engineer, Sales and Marketing.
- Explore opportunities with internal and external partners and build innovative product solutions to scale up. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, set business goals and determine product strategies.
- Learn from customer feedback, user research, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to find new opportunities and drive growth.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- BA/BS degree.
- 3+ years of work experience as product manager, going through full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization.
- Proven record of successful product outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Industry knowledge of eCommerce or digital advertising or associated marketing technology.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Customer Service Product/Chat IM/Ticketing System.
- Analytical mindset with excellent quantitative reasoning, creativity and strategic skills.
