Agile, ADO, and Smartsheet Transformation Coach

Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking Agile, ADO, and Smartsheet Transformation Coach to join our team.
JOB SUMMARY This role will be pivotal in driving a holistic transformation, blending Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps automation, and Smartsheet's collaborative work management capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical proficiency, coaching expertise, Agile knowledge at a team to enterprise level, and has a passion for optimizing workflows and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Holistic Transformation Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy encompassing Agile, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet best practices. o Guide teams in integrating these tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance collaboration. o Champion a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. o Identify and mitigate organizational impediments to transform success

• Agile Coaching and Mentoring: o Coach and mentor teams and individuals on Agile principles, practices, and values (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) to Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives). o Design and deliver tailored Agile training and workshops. o Promote self-organization and empower teams to take ownership of their work.

• Smartsheet Implementation and Optimization: o Design and configure Smartsheet solutions to meet specific team and organizational needs. o Train teams on Smartsheet best practices and features. o Integrate Smartsheet with Azure DevOps and other tools to create seamless workflows. o Help teams to utilize Smartsheet for project and program reporting.

• Cross- Functional Collaboration and Training: o Collaborate with development, operations, project management, and other teams to ensure alignment and consistency. o Provide training and mentorship on Agile, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet best practices. o Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions. o Create Documentation for training and best practices.

• Measurement and Reporting: o Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives. o Generate reports and dashboards using Azure DevOps and Smartsheet data. o Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Transformation Coach.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile, Azure DevOps, and Smartsheet solutions.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps tools, and Smartsheet functionalities.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Expertise in Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Smartsheet.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps principles.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools.
• Ability to integrate multiple platforms.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe certifications) are highly desirable.
• Azure DevOps certifications are highly desirable.
• Smartsheet certifications are highly desirable.
