Compensation Range
The base pay scale for this position is $0.00 - $0.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
What you will be doing
Financial Assistance Programs
Ensure compliance with State regulations for financial assistance programs, including proper implementation discount structure based on eligibility guidelines
Monitor application processing metrics, approval rates, and presumptive eligibility determinations
Drive initiatives to increase program awareness, accessibility, and automation
Ensure consistent communication and application of financial assistance policies to both HSS and affiliated locations
Vendor Management
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors including early-out services and collection agencies
Establish performance expectations and regularly evaluate vendor performance against industry benchmarks (e.g., collection rates, bad debt)
Monitor vendor compliance with key call metrics including wait times, abandonment rates, and quality scores, etc.
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to optimize value and service quality
Evaluate innovative payment solutions and AI-driven technologies to enhance collection rates and patient experience
Implement compliance monitoring programs for vendor operations
Financial Performance
Monitor key financial metrics including cash collections, bad debt, and cost to collect
Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality service
Provide regular reporting on financial performance to senior leadership
Process Improvement & Technology Implementation
Identify opportunities for process standardization and efficiency gains through data-driven analysis
Evaluate and implement advanced technologies including AI-driven patient assessment tools, multinomial regression models for payment likelihood prediction, and automated workflows
Implement personalized payment plan strategies based on patient behavioral analytics
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve end-to-end revenue cycle performance
