Job Summary:
Provides financial analyses, management consulting, analytical decision support services, and technical expertise for a broad array of financial and operational projects and initiatives. Designs and builds sophisticated financial models based on diverse data sets, in order to facilitate strategic decision making. Interpretation and presentation of reports and analyses to senior leadership. Participates in the planning and development of company-wide strategic plans.

Job Summary:

Essential Job Duties:
- Provide detailed analyses and reports on property and portfolio valuations and market conditions.Work closely with senior team leaders on financial analysis and market presentations.
- Conduct market research, due diligence collection and review, and real estate analysis to support team decision-making.
- Prepare financial models, including pro forma projections and unlevered and levered cash flow analyses.
- Monitor market trends and maintain a database of relevant market data.
- Aid in production of pitches, proposals and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
Other Job Functions:
- Assist finance and accounting personnel on various projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry required.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, valuation methods, cash flow analysis, credit analysis, and real estate investment principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other real estate modeling tools a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to building a career in the real estate industry with a focus on the multifamily sector.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks, work long hours and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized and conscientious.
- Knowledge of the Southen California multifamily market is a plus.
