Base Salary: $100k-$130k+ (Depending on experience)

Bonus: Yes - 18.75%

Relocation: Yes - $25k

Position Overview
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and control processes within the cement production facility. This position ensures that all products meet the required standards and specifications while implementing best practices in quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies for cement production.
• Monitor and test cement samples to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Supervise a team of quality control technicians and provide guidance and training as needed.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Conduct regular audits of the quality management system and implement improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and standards, and ensure compliance with MSHA and other relevant organizations.
• Analyze quality control data and prepare reports for management review..

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in quality control within the cement industry.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with clinker production, kilns, and mining operations is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
