GCI is seeking a highly experienced Technical Targeter to support critical mission areas with the flexibility to adapt and surge to other areas as mission needs arise. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to synthesize and analyze complex data from disparate sources, collaborate seamlessly with diverse and geographically dispersed teams, and perform in-depth network analysis. Strong technical skills and expertise in data analysis and visualize are required along with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets to inform mission-critical decisions.

Tasks:
Synthesize data and develop actionable insights
Perform network analysis and develop network maps
Analyze and utilize collected data to advance objectives
Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of data exploitation and knowledge management
Improve effectiveness through automation and analytics
Requirements:
Experience proactively engaging with peers, management and partners to accomplish goals in a timely manner
Comfortable initiating conversations with relevant stakeholders and following up to bridge communication gaps
Demonstrated experience building network diagrams
Demonstrated experience working with complicated networks and subnets
Demonstrated targeting experience
Demonstrated ability to complete technical research
