Distribution Center Manager
? Greenville, South Carolina | Full-Time
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? We're looking for an experienced Distribution Center Manager to oversee a large-scale facility supporting nationwide product distribution.
In this role, you'll lead a team of 400+ associates in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. You'll be responsible for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and building a culture that values performance, safety, and service.

What You'll Do
? Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume distribution center
? Inspire and manage a large team with a focus on communication, safety, and performance
? Drive customer service excellence by ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment
? Optimize layout, labor, and logistics processes to increase throughput and efficiency
? Collaborate across departments to enhance warehouse and transportation systems
? Utilize data and KPIs to identify opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
? Embrace technology and automation, including robotics and WMS enhancements
? Support workforce planning, training, and employee engagement strategies
What We're Looking For
?? 5-10 years of leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution
?? Strong background in managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
?? Experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement tools
?? Familiarity with WMS, ERP, and data analysis tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL)
?? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field (preferred, not required)
?? Clear communicator with a people-first mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction
?? Proven ability to lead through change, build trust, and deliver results
