Responsibilities

Vehicle Financing & Leasing Coordination
Secure and structure financing and lease deals for customers by working with banks, credit unions, and third-party lenders to get the best terms based on credit profiles.

Compliance with State and Federal Regulations
Ensure all finance deals comply with Oregon state laws, federal lending regulations, and dealership policies, including proper documentation and disclosures.

F&I Product Sales
Present and sell finance and insurance products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle service contracts to increase dealership profitability.

Customer Relationship Management
Work directly with customers to explain financing options, answer questions, and build trust-ensuring a smooth and professional buying experience.

Reporting and Deal Auditing
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, audit deals for accuracy, and generate finance-related reports for upper management.

Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance (F&I), preferably in a dealership setting
Strong knowledge of Oregon state and federal automotive finance regulations
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Proficient in using dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM tools
Ability to structure deals, analyze credit reports, and work with multiple lenders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
A high school diploma is required; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
