Purpose of Position
The Labor Management Relationship Program is a collection of 16 committees, jointly chaired by members of NetJets leadership and pilot volunteers, assigned a specific function within the business and tasked to resolve problems and improve processes. The LMRP Director partners with their NJASAP counterpart to administer the program according to outlined procedures, and also works closely with each committee to drive value. The role provides updates on accomplishments, future objectives, and current challenges to Executive leaders on a quarterly and annual basis. The LMRP Director will also play a key role in analyzing experiences and challenges within bargaining groups to recommend effective solutions.

Purpose of Position
The Labor Management Relationship Program is a collection of 16 committees, jointly chaired by members of NetJets leadership and pilot volunteers, assigned a specific function within the business and tasked to resolve problems and improve processes. Tasks and Responsibilities
- Schedule, prepare materials for, and conduct each quarterly program leadership meeting
- Work with leaders across the Company to compile federally required Labor documents (LM-10) at the end of every year, and collaborate with the union to ensure the information is comprehensive on both sides
- Process travel requests made by union participants, ensuring the requests comply with permissions outlined in the program manual and schedule adjustments align with contract requirements
- Develop strategies across committees to align objectives, ensure consistent messaging, and control scope

- Ability to partner and effectively facilitate up, down, across, and outside the organization
- Ability to work cooperatively with labor organizations
- Experience interpreting and applying labor contract language
- Experience working in labor relations under the Railway Labor Act preferred
- Ability to develop goals and objectives, and partner as needed on strategies to meet targets
- Ability to assimilate and understand complex issues quickly and manage simultaneous priorities
- Excellent facilitation, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to develop and maintain key functional processes
- Aviation experience a plus
