Data Integration Engineer

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
US Citizenship Required.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data integration, software development, or a related field
Experience with data lakes and lake houses, including architecture and design principles
Strong knowledge of Apache products (e.g., Apache NiFi, Apache Kafka, Apache Spark)
Experience with software integration patterns and technologies (e.g., APIs, messaging queues)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance principles
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Familiarity with data cataloging and metadata management tools
Experience working with large-scale data sets and distributed computing environments
Certification in Apache products or related technologies (e.g., Cloudera, Hortonworks)
