Walmart is seeking a Director, Seller-Fulfilled Strategic Initiatives, to join our growing and fast-paced eCommerce Marketplace team focusing on the Seller-Fulfilled (SFF) business. If you are passionate about an entrepreneurial role which has high relevance, visibility and impact as well as regular interactions with Walmart executives, then this might be the right opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between pre- and post-purchase programs, lead continuous improvement efforts across Seller Fulfilled business, build B2C/B2B2C Cross Border Programs and spearhead highly cross-functional new strategic initiatives which will serve as the new growth drivers for Seller Fulfilled business.

The Walmart US eCommerce Marketplace team builds products that connect sellers across the world to buyers shopping our marketplaces, enabling access to our customers to over 350M+ items, and growing selection. Excellence in the end-to-end shipping and delivery experience is the cornerstone of our promise to our sellers and buyers. In this role, you will collaborate across External service providers (carriers, freight forwarders, fulfillment service providers), Strategy, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Seller Support, and other internal partners to build delivery experience solutions that provide our sellers with the tools and processes to propel their businesses to the next level, and for our buyers, a best-in-class shipping experience. In short, you will be the single threaded leader responsible for designing, scoping, and building capabilities that allows Walmart SFF and our sellers to grow rapidly by shipping from any origin and destination across the United States and several countries. You will relentlessly look for ways to improve seller and buyer experience by increasing our capabilities and functionality and building feedback loops across multiple high visibility domains. Process improvement capabilities across multiple concurrent and competing priorities are critical for your success in this role. You will apply a general management perspective and a data driven problem-solving approach, will be agile and able to apply the right frameworks, operating cadence, and business analysis & acumen to the business roadmap. As such, you will be able to identify key risks, dependencies, and work with the requisite teams to put solutions in place that will achieve the product outcomes. You'll apply your business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise and provide sellers a dependable solution enabling them to win on our platform. This person will be skilled at engaging and communicating with executives across multiple domains (internal and external), as well as engaging at a detailed level across program management, operations, product, and tech.

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
