Sr. Validation Specialist

Job Description
With minimal supervision, support the execution of manufacturing/quality systems such as non-conformances, process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions. Apply process, operational, scientific expertise, basic compliance knowledge, and analytical and troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations. May serve as primary production process owner for process support systems and assist with process ownership responsibilities on more complex process systems.

SUMMARY
Independently provides and/or directs the technical validation engineering support of process and/or equipment upgrades, replacements, and modifications in the laboratory, manufacturing or manufacturing support environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Availability to start in April
• Experience in equipment Validation (C&Q and CSV) / control systems validation required.
• SOP Development
• Maximo Documentation (New Equipment, Preventive Maintenance, Spare Parts and Calibrations)
• Support to Equipment Engineer
• On-site-work required
• Previous site experience preferred
• Up-to-date trainings and system access preferred

Education:

• Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 3 years of directly related experience OR
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of directly related experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of directly related experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of directly related experience
