Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team in Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for providing individual, group, and family counseling. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients navigate mental health challenges, improve their emotional well-being, and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling services tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
  • Perform psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) to support client progress.
  • Offer crisis intervention and emotional support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers for coordinated care.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing training for professional development.

Requirements
  • Active LPC license in the state of Oregon
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
  • Proficiency in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Strong skills in communication, active listening, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
