- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Patient Advocacy: Champion patient-centered care and ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Current Montana State RN License.
- Minimum of five years of progressive case management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proven excellence in communication and customer relations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Three to five years of supervisory experience.
- Formal case management training/certification.
