Job Title: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

License: Massachusetts state license in-hand

Must-Have:
- Hybrid schedule (3 days on-site/2 days remote)
- Travel experience preferred, but first-timers accepted
- EPIC preferred
- Mental Health and/or Healthcare experience required
- Oncology/serious illness experience preferred

Job Description:
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
- Provide family and individual counseling
- Facilitate parental counseling
- Offer crisis intervention services
- Utilize short-term therapy methods
- Advance Directives in Hospice
- High-risk intervention for patient vulnerability or safety risk
- Knowledge of cultural issues
- Adherence to NASW Code of Ethics/Standards of Home Health Care
- Experience with cancer, suicide/homicide/self-harm, child protective services, adult protective services required
- Part of the genitourinary cancers team, primarily handling prostate cancer patients
- Conduct clinical psychosocial assessment and intervention
- Provide crisis response, individual, couples, and family consultation, therapy, and counseling
- Offer short-term bereavement support
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to reduce cancer-related distress and improve quality of life
- Work alongside an experienced oncology social worker
- Ensure compliance and immediate attention once signed, as orientation is held once a month
