Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Specialty: Occupational Health
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:00 - 15:30)
Guaranteed Hours: The facility may call off up to 36 hours per thirteen-week assignment without payment for the canceled hours.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required
License: Must have an active Illinois license
Certifications: BLS required
Must-Have:
- Assessment skills/experience with Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies
- Experience administering immunizations
- Experience with follow-up phone calls
Job Description:
- Work in an acute care, Level I trauma center that is recognized as a Magnet facility
- Manage up to 10 patient visits per day
- Participate in a Monday through Friday, blocked schedule
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- No floating within the facility required
- Handle orientation and complete non-billable modules within the first 16 hours
- Required to complete non-clinical modules virtually on the first day and annually thereafter
Please ensure you have fulfilled all compliance needs in a timely manner and are capable of completing the full assignment with no attendance or behavior issues throughout the contract duration.
