Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)
Compensation: $100,000 to $120,000 + benefits
Position Overview:
We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team and work with the residents of a senior living community that offers assisted living care settings. Therapy services for the residents at this community are covered by private insurance and/or Medicare Part B.
Our Assisted Living Facility in Virginia is seeking a skilled PT to join our rehabilitation team. Help residents regain strength, improve mobility, and enhance their overall well-being through personalized therapy interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate residents' physical capabilities and identify therapy goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, reduce pain, and prevent further decline.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
- Educate residents and caregivers on safe mobility techniques and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with facility regulations.
