Legal Project Manager
We are looking for a Compliance/Legal project manager resource, focused on the following areas:
Compliance with settlement agreements and consent degrees that place ongoing obligations and reporting on client. PM will act under a group attorney's direction as a liaison between group attorneys and client business and legal groups to establish and maintain information systems and processes to aid in the response and organization of ongoing compliance obligations in this area. This will include tracking obligations and status and ensuring agreements and deadlines are met.
Assistance around compliance with emerging laws and managing numerous questionnaires and risk assessments
Assist with Political Law projects as needed
Other short or long-term projects as needed across the team.
