Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)

Under the supervision of departmental leadership, provides outpatient behavioral health services including individual, group and family therapy, crisis intervention, case management, patient and family psycho-education and coordination and collaboration with appropriate outside agencies and programs. Population served are individuals with the primary diagnosis of addiction. Completes documentation in timely and appropriate manner, while meeting regulatory and departmental productivity standards. Utilizes evidenced based assessment tools. Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness preferred for position.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree required.
  • NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.
  • Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.
  • Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule and LMSW/ LCSW required.
  • Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required.


Shift: Varying shifts M-W-F 8a-5p; T-T 8a-830p
Salary Range: $39.683/hr - $48.430/hr
