The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of National Worksite Sales, the Divisional Sales Manager will provide leadership and oversight for hiring, developing, retaining and managing field sales professionals in their assigned region/territory and implementing optimal territory coverage models. This leader will provide input and help execute on a field sales strategy to drive revenue and grow market share in our voluntary/worksite business.
This individual will provide guidance and training to the sales team within established company policies and recommend changes to policies and establish procedures which affect the immediate organization. Additionally, he or she will provide and analyze sales analytics with the intent to find additional efficiencies and improve overall sales effectiveness.

Compensation: $125K-$175K base range plus sales-based and long-term incentive opportunities resulting in a total target compensation package of $400K-$525K

The Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of building and leading a high performing sales team working remotely in multiple locations.
- 3+ years relevant sales leadership experience
- 5+ years of worksite/voluntary benefits experience
- Demonstrated sales and presentation skills including strong negotiation skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thought leader who excels in a highly collaborative environment while building, maintaining and utilizing major spheres of influence in the market
- Success maintaining strong executive presence internally and externally in the market. Ability to present the company, its solutions, and its products professionally and convincingly
- Data driven leader
- Experience serving as a champion of culture and change leadership who strives to continuously learn and improve
- Provide mentorship to future leaders
- Strong interpersonal, team-oriented, organizational, leadership and project management skills
- Ability to travel on a regular basis

- 10+ years sales leadership experience leading wholesalers
- Bachelor's degree
