The Circular Economy Business Unit focuses on ensuring that Stellantis' path towards Carbon Net Zero is not only Sustainable but also profitable. Selected individual will be working closely with cross functional product and business stakeholders to ensure the inclusion of Reman products is accurate within all our catalogs to support the needs of both internal and external customers. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the parts authoring process and the ability to identify areas of improvement to support sales.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Product Line Managers, Engineering and Technical Service Operations (TSO) to identify, design, develop, and implement technical solutions in business intelligence reporting/analytics, business process management and process automation.
- Manage the inclusion of new Reman parts within the respective Mopar catalogs; Star Parts, SAE, ACES/PIES, etc.
- Validate vehicle usages for all Reman parts and ensure proper cataloguing for CJDR dealer network as well as independent repair facilities (IRFs).
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Technology, Engineering, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience and robust time management process skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a design thinking approach, capable of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Excellent collaboration skills with and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development with the ability to adapt to new challenges and technologies
- Experience building or implementing process improvement technology solutions using:
- Business intelligence reporting, analytics (Power BI/SAP analytics cloud/Qlik/Tableau, similar)
- Robotic Process Automation (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, similar)
- Data transformation tools (AWS, Azure, Knime, SQL, Python, similar)
- MS Power Platform (Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Finance ERP tools (SAP suite, Oracle suite or similar)
- Generative AI (AWS, Microsoft Copilot Studio)
- Team management, driving cooperation
- Strong problem solving
- Ability to influence and drive results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of digital principles and agile methodologies
- Ability to drive change and influence others
- Experience with catalog tools
