Hybrid workforce:

Experity offers Team Members the opportunity to work remotely or in an office. While this position allows remote work, we require Team Members to live within a commutable distance from one of our locations to ensure you are available to come into the office as needed.

Job Summary:

The Director of Product Management Data will strategically lead the productization and monetization of our data assets, focusing on innovation and the creation of impactful new data-driven products. This role involves collaborating closely with clients to innovate solutions, as well as partnering with internal stakeholders to meet their evolving data requirements. Success will be measured by the development and successful market entry of innovative data products, client adoption, and the strategic use of data to drive revenue growth and internal efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for data-driven products and services aligned with overall business goals.
    • Proactively identify and explore innovative opportunities for new product offerings by leveraging our data assets.
  • Productization of Data Assets:
    • Lead efforts to productize existing data sets, creating scalable, market-ready data solutions.
    • Establish methodologies and frameworks for identifying and prioritizing opportunities to leverage data as a product.
  • Client Collaboration & Innovation:
    • Engage directly with clients to understand their strategic goals and challenges, translating these insights into innovative product concepts.
    • Drive co-creation sessions and pilot initiatives with key clients to validate product-market fit and feasibility.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing, and
    • Operations to build and launch data-driven products.
    • Facilitate alignment and communication across internal stakeholders to ensure product strategies meet internal and external needs.
  • Data Governance & Best Practices:
    • Establish and maintain governance frameworks and best practices to ensure ethical use, security, and compliance in data product management.
    • Partner with legal, compliance, and data teams to ensure data products meet regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Metrics & Analytics:
    • Define, track, and optimize key metrics (KPIs) for assessing the commercial success and internal value of data products.
    • Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making within the product management organization.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team focused on data products. o Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented team culture.


Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Travel:

Ability to travel as needed.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years specifically focused on data products or data monetization strategies.
  • Proven experience developing and successfully launching data-driven products and solutions.
  • Expertise in data analytics, product strategy, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate with clients and internal teams to create impactful business solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of influencing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.


Preferred:

  • Experience in a Product Management leadership role for a SaaS based company
  • Experience in a healthcare/healthcare tech company including familiarity with EMR, Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Engagement, and Practice Management applications.

Our urgent care solutions include:

  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Software that healthcare providers use to input patient data, such as medical history, diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and test results.
  • Patient Engagement (PE): Software that shows patients the wait times at various clinics, allows patients to reserve a spot in line if there's a wait, and book the appointment.
  • Practice Management (PM): Software that the clinic front desk staff uses to register the patient once they arrive for their appointment.

  • Consulting: Consulting services for urgent care clinics to assist with opening, expanding and enhancing client's businesses
