Responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding client data and objectives and developing database products that meet those needs.
- Writes programming code to take a client's disparate data sources and translates them into a marketing database that allows for a holistic view.
- Offers best practices and strategic recommendations designed to achieve client-defined objectives.
- Works through Applications Development project list of client specific database modifications needed as well as custom reporting.
- Provides QC on all deliverables prior to turning over to the internal team.
- Participates in client meetings, as needed, to discuss marketing database needs and explain internal methodology.
- Writes programming code to generate re-occurring and non-reoccurring reports based upon client needs.
- Any other duties assigned to the position by management.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years direct marketing experience
- Proficient in programming language NETCOBOL
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Excellent customer services skills
- Ability to understand client goals and translate them into desired deliverables.
- Ability to handle various tasks at once.
