In this role, you will be a key team member, involved in the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies supporting the Prestige Cosmetics business.
The Manager, Marketing Operations is responsible for process and project management supporting the Brand Marketing Team, with focus on the Category Marketing side of the business. This role, reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations, will be responsible for driving efficiencies across the team, driving forward new process creation, timeline management, Monday.com oversight, meeting set-up, and PPT development.
The Manager, Marketing Operations must be proficient at project management, and critical thinking. The ability to manage through ambiguity is essential.

The pay range for this position is $86,500.00 - $113,298.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
- Support GTM efforts and Category Marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are tracked.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining milestones, tasks, resources, and timelines.
- Set-up internal and external meetings that support campaign execution and brand partner connection
- Take notes of specific meetings and action follow-though of participants.
- Create a master calendar ensuring priorities, seasonal and product launches are tracked.
- Support deck development and content updating.
- Track performance metrics of campaigns.
- Process Improvement: continuously refine workflows, tools, and best practices for project efficiency.
- Collaborate with peers to manage brand production budget, and coordinate with paid media and social budget owners to track holistic project/campaign costs. .
- Organize SharePoint folders and files.
- Cultivate a collaborate work environment. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordination, while still empowering individual teams' spaces
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS
- Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within a category management or consumer goods environment.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional marketing campaigns, from planning to execution.
- Experience in retail, beauty, or consumer-packaged goods (CPG) categories is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills: proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication: ability to clearly articulate project goals, updates, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset: ability to anticipate roadblocks and provide proactive solutions.
- Solid analytical skills: ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
