As Chubb's Global Head of Generative Business Intelligence (GenBI), you will act as a strategic leader with responsibility to define and execute our global GenBI vision and strategy. You will lead the development, implementation, and management of next generation Business Intelligence Center of Excellence and GenBI solutions, empowering stakeholders across the organization with actionable insights. Leveraging your deep expertise in business intelligence, data visualization, modernization, business intelligence rationalization and emerging technologies, particularly in the realm of generative BI, we will look to you to drive innovation, foster a data-driven culture, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure GenBI solutions.

Qualifications
The pay range for the role is $220,000 to $250,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. Your role will encompass the following, where you will:
Strategic Leadership & Vision:
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive global GenBI strategy aligned with Chubb's overall business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging BI technologies, particularly generative BI, and assess their potential impact on Chubb's operations and competitive advantage
- Drive modernization of Chubb legacy BI platforms to rationalization of reporting, fragmented operating models to implement a global center of excellence for GenBI
- Lead the development of roadmaps and prioritize initiatives to drive continuous improvement in BI capabilities
- Advise senior leadership on the strategic use of data and analytics to support critical business decisions
GenBI Development & Implementation:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI based BI solutions, including interactive dashboards, reports, and predictive models, leveraging GenAI
- Oversee the integration of data from diverse sources into a centralized data warehouse or data lake
- Evaluate and implement GenAI powered BI solutions, that allow users to gain insight form data using natural language and generate insights
- Build and maintain GenAI based tools to automate reporting, and data analysis
Team Leadership & Management:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global GenBI team
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous learning and development
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the effective delivery of external resources
- Establish and monitor OKRs to track team performance and project success
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration:
- Partner with business leaders across all functions to understand their BI needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Communicate complex data and insights effectively to diverse audiences, including senior management
- Promote a data-driven culture throughout the organization by providing training and education on GenBI tools and best practices
- Collaborate with the cyber security teams to ensure GenBI solutions are deployed safely and within regulatory compliance
Innovation and Emerging Technologies:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in BI and generative BI
- Evaluate and pilot new technologies and tools to enhance Chubb's BI capabilities
- Drive innovation in data visualization and reporting to improve the accessibility and usability of data insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics, with a proven track record of leading global teams
- Extensive experience with BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik)
- Deep understanding of data modelling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes
- Demonstrated experience with generative BI and its application in business intelligence
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data and analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, executive stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and applications
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and privacy principles
- Strong project management and organizational skills
