As a Site Finance Leader here at Honeywell, you will hold a key leadership position, responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to the finance function at our Redmond site in WA and our Urbana site in OH. Your role will involve developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will align financial goals with overall business objectives. Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals, you will oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Your expertise in analyzing financial data will enable you to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies will be a critical aspect of your role. As a Site Finance Leader, you will play a pivotal role in preparing and presenting financial reports to senior executives and stakeholders. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving financial performance and achieving business objectives. With your strong leadership abilities, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results. You will report directly to our Sr. Finance Director and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location on a hybrid work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance function at the Redmond and Urbana locations
Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with overall business objectives
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
Oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive informed decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Prepare and present financial reports to senior executives and stakeholders
The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000-$200,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related roles
Prior experience in a leadership or manager-level role
Proven track record of driving financial performance and achieving business objectives
