Unit Description

Holiday Inn Estes Park is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. The hotel is only two miles from the Rocky Mountain National Park and a short walk to the heart of town. Our natural playground offers many outdoor activities: hiking, biking, fly fishing, and rafting. We offer on-site housing and discounts on meals, retail, and lodging.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational efficiencies and service standards, and compliance with company and brand policies to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage current and long-term objectives, plans, policies and budget.
  • Hire, train, and develop team members and ensure all are supported and managed effectively.
  • Make operational recommendations for products and services within approved profit plan.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol, sanitation, payroll, and employment guidelines.
  • Drive a company vehicle on property as needed.


Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in hospitality, hotel management, business or related field preferred; equivalent years of relevent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years with a combination of hotel management and food and beverage operations experience required.
  • Ability to coach and mentor a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent operational financial management accountability and budgeting experience.
  • A valid driver's license is required.


This position starts at a minimum of:

$ 104100 per year
