Responsibilities

Optimize the product and platform strategy to ensure alignment with Ascension's objectives to deliver favorable experiences and value to consumers and patients.

  • Leverage data and understand key performance indicators that help drive decision-making, prioritization and opportunities to innovate.
  • Ensure empathy and understanding of consumer needs is central to how the team operates.
  • Define and evolve the product and platform strategy to accelerate product development through platformization and enables the consumer products to amaze customers with simple and personalized app experiences.
  • Explore and assess product and platform opportunities to help achieve defined business outcomes.
  • Gain consensus and energize stakeholders across the company regarding products.
  • Operate effectively in an agile development environment with the flexibility to adapt to and customize development methodologies.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Required Credential(s):
    None required.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.


Work Experience:

  • 7 years of experience required.
  • 10 years of experience preferred.
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
