- Ensure empathy and understanding of consumer needs is central to how the team operates.
- Define and evolve the product and platform strategy to accelerate product development through platformization and enables the consumer products to amaze customers with simple and personalized app experiences.
- Explore and assess product and platform opportunities to help achieve defined business outcomes.
- Gain consensus and energize stakeholders across the company regarding products.
- Operate effectively in an agile development environment with the flexibility to adapt to and customize development methodologies.
