Base Salary Range: $109k - 140k annually - Denver, Chicago, Washington DC, Los Angeles, San Diego, New York and Seattle

Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire a Vice President for our Operations practice. The person filling this position will:
- Work closely with national client teams to define, manage and deliver the project scope
- Develop and manage project budgets for consulting services
- Lead multi-disciplined teams and large complex assignments. Coordinate project team interactions both internally and with the client
- Lead and participate in the analysis and research of innovative solutions in keeping with current and future healthcare trends
- Develop and maintain primary client relationships for project. Lead discussions with client executives and front-line clinical staff to deliver projects
- Manage the execution and delivery of all phases of a project's scope. Responsible for quality control of project documentation
- Maintain current knowledge of healthcare trends and their impact on our clients and HKS services offered
- Engage in healthcare strategy, operations, facility planning and design research
- Prepare and deliver executive level project report documents
- Educate, market, sell, and deliver to clients
Qualifications:
- Accredited advanced degree (master's or higher) preferred in Healthcare, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Undergraduate clinical degree preferred
- Typically with 10+ years of experience working in the healthcare setting, including administrative leadership roles; significant consulting experience preferred
- Subject matter expertise preferred in ambulatory, acute care, oncology, or support services
- Experience in working with architects preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare Lean Process Improvement and/or Six Sigma preferred
- Willing to travel up to 60% based on HKS and client needs
- Proficient with Microsoft programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner both verbally and in writing to various audiences including key stakeholders
- Ability to problem solve and apply innovative solutions
- Ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration in a team environment
