We are seeking a talented and experienced SIGINT System Architect to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business ventures, as well as working with a highly skilled team to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and capture new business opportunities in the Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) marketplace, focusing on Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Direction Finding (DF) Systems.
• Initiate and lead internal research and development (IRAD/IR&D) to support multiple programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers in the SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and Electronic Warfare (EW) markets.
• Collaborate with customers to develop system concepts, architectures, and requirements for SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW systems.
• Present and brief customers on SIGINT capabilities and system offerings.
• Align business area strategy, capabilities, investments, and offerings with SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW markets.
• Perform competitor analyses and develop necessary teaming relationships.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations for international business pursuits.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Extensive experience in technologies such as:
  • Direction finding systems, arrays, and algorithms
  • RF signal processing system design
  • System modeling, simulation, and algorithm development
  • SATCOM signal analysis
  • Communication signals collection and analysis across various spectrums
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage projects effectively.
• A strong understanding of the SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW marketplace, including customer and industry insights.
• Experience with signal processing algorithm development using MATLAB or Python.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment focused on complex signal processing solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 10+ years of experience.
