This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour shifts.
Summary:
The Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) in the Operating Room works as a key surgical team member, providing direct assistance to the surgeon during procedures. Responsibilities include preparing the surgical site, handling instruments, performing suturing, and ensuring patient safety throughout the procedure. The RNFA also collaborates with the surgical team to optimize outcomes, maintain sterile environments, and manage post-operative care.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Completion of RNFA course
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 2 years of experience
- Recent RN clinical experience in the operating room.
