A Food Manufacturing company located in the Chicago area is seeking an experienced
Maintenance Manager.

What you will be Doing

• Successful candidate will direct all engineering efforts to ensure plant quality, efficiency, safety, and financial goals are met or exceeded as directed by the Plant Manager.
• Identifying and informing plant management of issues to be followed up on, and repairs that pose a potential threat to product safety or breakage/damage that could cause a food safety risk
• Analyze and make recommendations for the purchase, installation, and subsequent operation of equipment that will advance projects.
• Maintenance of the plant CMMS program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Must have at least 3+ years of maintenance management experience in food manufacturing preferred
