ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will support the Customer Collaboration process by ensuring close collaboration and up-to-date communication among stakeholders based on relevant data. This role is crucial for executing customer Collaboration initiatives and achieving joint benefits with PMI partners. This role will focus on data analysis and decision-making, providing critical inputs for planning parameters and ensuring master data completeness and correctness through defined analysis tools and reporting. Additionally, the Specialist will drive KPI improvements including On-Store Availability (OSA), OOS avoidance, DOI adherence, NPI S2M, and applicable supply chain KPIs. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing large data sets and support the decision-making process to enhance product availability and supply chain efficiency, contributing to sales and volume growth.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Drive weekly and monthly calculations of defined KPIs: Adherence to Replenishment (DRP) proposal, OSA, STN, Cost to Serve, LOGD., perform root-cause analysis in case of deviations vs target, define and execute action plans for improvements. Provide inputs for key stakeholders (internal & external) regarding Partner data submissions that could be impacting accurate replenishment planning or increasing performance against KPI.

Provide inputs and participate in Customer Collaboration sessions with the agreed cadence with identified partners; share KPI performance (DOI - Days of Inventory, CFR-OT - Case Fill Rate On-Time, OSA - On-Store Availability and Out of stock, Revenue Opportunity, etc.) monitor improvements of each KPI, effectively problem solve and report on the status of sales, inventory/ orders and availability in a simple easy to interpret manner.

Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify opportunities for digitalization and process optimization. For ongoing monitoring of KPIs, create, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key supply chain performance metrics and share insights with relevant internal and external stakeholders. Participate in various consulting engagements and best practice studies initiated for SC with Metro 3PL, Operations (OCS), or KA partners.

Collaboration with internal (Commercials, Marketing, IBP, Distribution team, Finance) and external (CWDs, KAs) stakeholders on the Customer collaboration inventory strategy, risk mitigation, NPI execution through regular weekly/bi-weekly governance, and ad-hoc meetings.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • A University degree and/or College Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related fields will be an advantage.
  • 2+ Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain,
  • Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance.
  • Working knowledge of SAP,
  • Advanced knowledge of data processing techniques and systems (SQL, Power BI tools, etc.) is required
  • End 2 End Supply Chain / Integrated Business Planning
  • Processes knowledge/ experience preferred / APICS CPIM/ CSCP certifications (preferred).
  • Commercial planning experience is a plus.

For this position, the salary range starts at 92,610 based on the level of experience plus a bonus on performance and many other benefits
