Controller

The Controller will report to both the North America Head of Finance, and the HQ Head of

Manufacturing Finance for Cell and Module BU (CMBU). This role is a newly created position in support of the growth across all product lines in North America and is expected to build a top-notch Corporate Finance Team in the North America region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AOP and quarterly forecast planning processes and prepare financial performances reporting package for the NA and HQ Management
• Manage product cost forecast and maintenance, conduct variance and flux analysis
• Lead inventory management in the area of turnover, aging & obsolescence provision and assist in supply and demand planning to optimize inventory level
• Responsible for Budget control and tracker on OH and OPEX spending using Oracle and BPM
• Capex planning to achieve corporate financial KPIs on ROI and cash flow management and asset management
• Responsible for various tax credit filings and returns at the federal, state and local levels
• Key member of project team on manufacturing footprint strategic planning
• Statutory financial reporting and forecast for the purposes of audit, tax and financing
• Conduct research on technical accounting treatments as a key resource of the latest US GAAP and IFRS
• Participate in process improvement and system implementation projects
• Liaison with Tax Team and Accounting Team to ensure alignment and compliance between Regional and HQ on transfer pricing and upstream costing

Desired skills and experience:

• Bachelor or MBA, major in Accounting or Finance
• More than 10 years' corporate finance and management accounting experience
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills
• Strong communication skill, collaborative and multi-cultural attitude
• An initiator and a motivational hands-on leader
• Inquisitive and resilient, able to work with uncertainty
• Work experience in a large multination company highly desirable
• Renewable energy or semiconductor industry background preferred.
