SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a key role in helping our clients understand the value of our CRM consulting services. You'll work closely with Sales and Program Success teams to scope requirements, define high-level solutions, and estimate project efforts. Your expertise in CRM solutions and implementation best practices will help craft proposals that are both compelling and feasible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales & Program Success to understand client needs and define tailored CRM solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects and existing clients to gather high-level requirements.
  • Assess the client's current AS-IS state and propose a future TO-BE state that aligns with their business goals, outlining a phased approach for implementation.
  • Perform no-code/CRM process modelling and re-engineering for the TO-BE processes
  • Provide consulting advice for an optimal system architecture
  • Define high-level solution designs that align with client's business goals and technical environments and ensure alignment with the delivery team.
  • Estimate implementation efforts, including project scope, timeline, and resource needs.
  • Support sales cycles by providing technical expertise, scoping documents, and solution recommendations.
  • Ensure feasibility by aligning proposed solutions with the capabilities of the delivery team.
  • Create pre-sales assets, such as proposal templates, technical scoping guides, and demo materials.
  • Participate in handovers to the delivery team, ensuring clarity and continuity between pre-sales and project execution.
  • Continuously improve estimation accuracy by incorporating lessons learned from completed projects.
  • Communicate the Metrix implementation processes to the prospects and existing customers


Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in CRM implementation, solution design, or technical consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of solution architecture, process design, system integrations, and data models.
  • Experience in effort estimation, pre-sales consulting, or professional services scoping.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions in a business-friendly manner.
  • Background in technical delivery, CRM consulting, or pre-sales engineering.
  • Strong understanding of CRM capabilities and integration best practices.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Must have - Must be eligible to travel to Canada and the USA
  • The job could involve travel up to once a month in North America


Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with CRM configuration or integrations.
  • Familiarity with CRM Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in developing solutions in Creatio.
  • Professional-level French language is an asset.
