Project Manager

Full Time Position

We are looking for a Project Manager to provide strategic and tactical leadership, develop and keep the relationships and collaboration between the clients and the internal team, and -most importantly- to make the work happen. You have the expertise to keep the project on track and make sure the work gets done and it meets our high standards. We need someone whos able to identify a clients business needs and work with both the client and teams to understand, define, and build effective and innovative solutions that generate results. You know how to express perspectives, concerns, and requirements on both sides. And you are excited to be as much of a leader as you are a communicator.

Responsibilities:

• Manage expectations for the client and internal team
• Lead and track project spreadsheets, timelines, and budgeting
• Work closely and help bridge communication with design, development team, and client
• Manage and set client expectations while combining the clients needs and our awesome abilities to figure out an efficient way to craft memorable work
• Bring up technical insights or concerns during the creative and user experience process
• Interact with clients of various industry backgrounds
• Assist in creating technical documentation such as wireframes, flow charts, database models, server diagram, web services, etc
• Scope the aspects of projects from a timeline, resource and cost perspective

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of interactive or design agency experience, management experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational and writing skills
• An ability to manage multiple long term projects and with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of web development technologies, usability concerns and design process
• A sense of ownership for everything the team delivers. An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to set aside egos and build something amazing in a collaborative environment
• Strong technical background covering multiple languages and platforms
• Help identify and resolve workflow issues and strong problem solving and debugging skills
• Extensive experience with planning and building CMS solutions (custom or existing products)
• Experience with E-commerce and other business models
