We are in search of a Regional Director of Case Management for our South Jersey Facilities ! Competitive Salary!

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare reimbursement, with a focus on the long-term MDS/RAI process.
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed payer reimbursement regulations and policies.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.
Exceptional analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of electronic health records and billing systems.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Must be willing to travel. Facility in Florida also.
