In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, HR Business Partner, Pharma Distribution & Operations, leading our people and culture priorities for multiple distribution centers in Eastern Canada. You will design and execute strategic initiatives that nurture our business objectives for the region.
You will identify human resources and organizational development opportunities, and design, develop, and deliver solutions that meet the business' needs, in various areas such as in talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, change management.
You're analytically driven and always leverage data driven insights to measure your results against our objectives.

This role is based in the Montreal region and is a hybrid position where the employee will work two days per week at our Montreal distribution center, visit the Drummondville facility monthly, travel to our Quebec site at least once per quarter and visit our Maritimes locations couple of times per years.
The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

Responsabilits :
- Concevoir et diriger les priorits RH pour la rgion. Aligner les stratgies RH pour les relier efficacement aux priorits commerciales, maximiser les talents, minimiser les risques et optimiser la performance de l'entreprise.
- Agir en tant que partenaire stratgique en fournissant aux dirigeants un soutien sur divers sujets lis aux affaires, en abordant et en surmontant les dfis lis la conception organisationnelle, aux rorganisations et la gestion du changement.
- tablir des partenariats et des relations efficaces avec les dirigeants et les employs pour rsoudre des dfis RH complexes.
- Encadrez les dirigeants dans les stratgies de gestion du changement pour les initiatives majeures. Agir en tant qu'agent de changement pour maximiser les rsultats tout en minimisant l'impact ngatif sur l'exprience de nos employs.
- Diriger et grer toutes les activits de ressources humaines pour s'assurer que les bonnes personnes sont en place et prtes relever les dfis de l'entreprise.

Comptences requises :
- Correspondance naturelle avec les principes partags I2CARE et ILEAD de McKesson.
- Diplme ou certificat en gestion d'entreprise ou en ressources humaines.
- Minimum de 7 ans d'exprience professionnelle pertinente en RH, idalement dans des environnements syndiqus et non syndiqus, dans la chane d'approvisionnement, l'industrie de la logistique ou l'environnement manufacturier.
- Excellentes comptences en communication crite et orale en franais et en anglais.
- Exprience avre en coaching excutif et gestion du changement.

- Design and lead HR priorities for the region. Align HR strategies to effectively link to business priorities, maximize talent, minimize risk, and optimize business performance.
- Act as a strategic partner that provides leaders with support on a variety of business-related topics, and addressing and overcoming challenges related to organizational design, reorganizations and change management.
- Build effective partnerships and relationships with leaders and employees to solve complex HR challenges.
- Coach leaders in change management strategies for major initiatives. Act as a change agent to maximize results while minimizing negative impact on our employee experience.
- Lead and manage all human resources activities to ensure the right people are in place and prepared to meet the challenges of the business.
- Assist leaders in designing development opportunities for their team.
- Leverage data driven insights to provide analysis and recommendations to address people and culture gaps.
- Maintain expert working knowledge of environmental factors influencing the business (i.e., HR legislation, best practices trends, etc.)
- Lead some HR projects within your region
Preferred skills

- Degree or diploma in business management or Human Resources
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant HR professional experience, ideally in both a unionized and a non- unionized environments, within supply chain, logistics industry or manufacturing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Proven executive coaching and change management experience
- Demonstrated strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Business acumen with enterprise mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building and change management capabilities.
