Required Qualifications
Jeanne Clery Act

- Provides hospital-based urologic care and consultation in an academic medical center with level 1 trauma center designation
- Provides urologic care in an academic outpatient clinic
- Participates in teaching activities including conferences and lectures, bedside teaching, and rounds for medical students and/or residents, and continuing medical education
- Advances clinical knowledge through scholarly and research efforts
- Performs a wide variety of urological surgical procedures
- Provides on-call coverage, as scheduled
- Ensures compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and procedures
- Demonstrates professionalism in accordance with the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine's Statement of Faculty Professional Responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Board Certification in Urology by the American Board of Urology
- Strong work ethic and good team player
- Experience in teaching medical students and residents
- Experience in conducting research and publishing scientific reports
- Regional or emerging national reputation for the rank of associate professor or higher

Required Qualifications
- M.D/D.O.
- Successful completion of ACGME-accredited residency training in Urology
- Texas Medical License or eligible for licensure in the State of Texas
