Job description
Responsible for various administrative IT processes including network user accounts, file system access, phone system administration, mobile devices, ERP system access, backup and retention, procurement, and software licensing
Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.
1. Help Desk system (SNOW) lead. Review and assign requests to appropriate personnel. Monitor tickets and communicate status back to the requestor.
2. Coordinate and provide new hire orientation and training for users. This also includes technical training in a class room or one on one session.
3. Furnish training material and complete procedural documentation for users
4. Provide general user administration for email system (MS Outlook) and VPN accounts.
5. Provide business continuity though continued support of IT systems.
6. Assist in maintaining backup systems and related tape media storage and retention.
7. Monitors outstanding request backlogs and through assignment priorities keeps support within service level parameters. Escalates requests, which are not being completed within department resolution guidelines.
8. Provide general administrative support for Cisco VoIP phone system.
9. Provides general communication to the user community regarding service interruptions or scheduled service outage.
10. Maintain PC related hardware and software inventories and licensing information.
11. Provide coverage and assistance to the Help Desk support technician for end user PC and application related issues and problem resolution.
12. Maintain general technical competence relative to computer capabilities, applications, and operating systems.
13. Maintain and administer the printing environment (Zebra, Xerox, HP, Dell)
14. Provides troubleshooting and support of audio and video equipment in conference rooms and offices.
15. Execute security data collection processes to support Cybersecurity (CMMC) initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education-
Required- 2 year degree - Associates or Technical Degree in Business Systems or Computer Science (5-10 years' experience an acceptable equivalent)
Preferred- 4 year degree - BA in Business Systems or Computer Science
Experience-
Required- Three to five years experience in computer systems support, development, procedures, and network administration.
Preferred- 5+ years of progressive computer systems support, network administration, documentation, and basic IT project management
Special Knowledge/Skills
Required- Expertise with Microsoft Windows 11 and MS Office
Preferred- Experience with MS Outlook email
Annual salary
$75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
