As the Asset Care, Maintenance and Reliability (AMR) Manager, you will manage the maintenance functions in the plant to ensure efficient delivery of services that meet Client standards You will lead a team of mechanical and electrical technicians, maintenance supervisors, planners, schedulers and engineers This is an onsite role you and you will report to the Plant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a safe work environment in compliance to all EHS regulations and standards that pertains to roles and responsibilities.
Ensure a safe, environmentally sound and reliable facility by planning and scheduling proactive work, setting standards of activities performed, executing on MOCs as required, and formulating policies while sustaining adherence to these policies.
Sustain compliance with AS9100 QMS requirements by developing and maintaining asset and equipment reliability programs, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions to enhance performance and regulatory compliance.
Oversee development of work procedures, and ensure developmental coaching to build a qualified team
Responsible for proper tool and system use through CMMS audit activity, root cause analysis reviews, and corrective action execution.
Support with technical and facilities capital projects
Drive progression of Reliability and Maintainability Roadmap elements.
Maintain awareness of trends to improve planning and scheduling of CM activities and generation autonomous maintenance processes.
Ensure modernization by participating in early equipment management activities.
Audit elemental processes to ensure adherence and expectations of process deliverables.
Ensure low unscheduled disturbances in production due to equipment.
Drive scheduled downtime necessary to complete planned preventive maintenance.
Develop a moving 3-year Maintenance, Facilities and Equipment plan.
Evaluate and act on unplanned downtime trends.

Requirement:

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical or Electrical.
10+ years of experience in a maintenance and reliability, 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
Understanding of work management processes from planning and scheduling through work execution and order closure.
Experience with reliability concepts including equipment criticality risk ranking analysis, FMEA, preventive and predictive maintenance optimization, and root cause analysis.
US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification and Working experience of the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professional (SMRP) pillars is preferred.
Lean/Six Sigma Certification at the Green Belt
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
