What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing engineering teams
- Strong background in B2C e-commerce or retail environments
- Experience supporting high-traffic, customer-facing applications
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and deliver scalable solutions
Preferred Experience
- PHP development, including Laravel, Phalcon, or Lumen
- Headless architecture, APIs, and microservices
- React or Next.js
- WordPress and WooCommerce plugin customization
- Production support and operational monitoring
- Working with design teams to implement UI/UX guidelines and brand standards
