This person will be responsible for establishing our executive briefing center program and overseeing the Qualcomm Experience Center slated to open in 2026. This individual will join mid-development to help facilitate construction, content development and creation transitioning into managing the Center. He/she will partner with internal and external cross-discipline stakeholders to build and structure the experience cycle for visitors and develop program strategy, management, execution, results and operational support.

Our executive briefing center will engage global visitors in an immersive space allowing us to share real-world solutions and advance strategic business initiatives. Our main lobby will create an inspirational first impression of the experience center and guide visitors into our demonstration spaces and meeting rooms in the conference center. This person will be expected to innovate and leverage existing digital and operations best practices to deliver an impressive showcase of Qualcomm capabilities, solutions, brand and people.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
OR
High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee the build, grand opening, and ongoing execution
  • Oversee operations and manage all facets of Experience Center and tours
  • Curate, plan and execution of visitors end-to-end experience
  • Support initial content creation and ongoing maintenance
  • Manage indirect cross-functional team and direct staff
  • Manage planning, development, milestones, and execution to keep program on schedule
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue and regular meetings with stakeholders
  • Develop a framework for briefings from c-level on down. Lead planning, execution and hosting with key stakeholders to determine briefing objectives, business opportunity, attendee profile, agenda, content, speakers and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate on storytelling and generate new ideas and concepts to bring Qualcomm's innovations and products to life in more compelling and experiential ways
  • Define, track and support sales enablement capitalizing on customer insights and feedback to improve briefings and experience cent
  • Define and deliver systems, tools, program reporting, insights and key metrics for success and continued improvements


Level of Responsibility:
  • Working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Working in highly team-oriented capacity partnering closely business units and functional teammates including c-level
  • Providing supervision/guidance to other team members.
  • Making decisions that may affect work beyond immediate work group.
  • Using verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information. May require negotiation, influence, tact, etc.
  • Exercising a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).
  • Completing tasks that require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; some planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years experience in Executive Briefing Operations preferably in technology 2+ year experience curating, creating and delivering content and working with C-level executives and/or government officials

2+ year experience managing direct staff

2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$156,000.00 - $234,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
