Regional Manager of Project Management

- Oversee and coordinate construction project management jobs within assigned region
- Manage assigned projects and Project Managers in other states
- Utilize software to monitor project costs and maintain all project related accounts payable and progress billings
- Coordinate materials and labor for installations
- Travel to projects as required
- Prepare and negotiate subcontracts
- Prepare required pre and post construction contract docs
- Participate in development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Work closely work Director of Project Management
- Other duties as assigned
- Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

Job Requirements

- Read and understand blueprints and construction docs
- Bachelors degree is preferred
- Ability to adapt and learn in a fast paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- 3+ years of healthcare construction experience is strongly preferred
- Team management experience required
- Process oriented
